These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of Auxerta Social ("Auxerta", "the platform"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. Auxerta is currently in a pre-launch phase; these Terms will be updated before general availability.
To use Auxerta, you must create an account with a valid email address and verify it through a confirmation code. During registration, you select a tier that describes your role:
After registration, your account enters a pending state and may require administrator approval before full access is granted. You must provide accurate information during verification. Misrepresenting your tier, identity, or credentials may result in account suspension.
Content you create on Auxerta — including posts, comments, and profile information — remains yours. Auxerta does not claim ownership of user-generated content. By posting content, you grant the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote it within the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that content you post does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. Auxerta reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

Direct messages on Auxerta are not end-to-end encrypted. Auxerta may use automated systems and limited human review to investigate reports, detect spam, fraud, abuse, illegal conduct, and protect the platform and its users.
By using messaging features, you understand that reported or high-risk message content may be reviewed by authorized personnel for safety, support, legal, or compliance purposes.
Organizations must accurately represent their company name, stage, and what they are building. Job postings and partnership requests must reflect genuine opportunities.
Talent must accurately represent their skills, experience, and professional status. Credentials listed on profiles should be verifiable.
Investors profiles are hidden from discovery by default to protect privacy. Investors who opt into discoverability agree to use connection features (scouting, tracking) responsibly and in good faith.
Auxerta provides AI-powered features including network digests, profile summaries, match explanations, and post insights. These features are generated using machine learning models and are provided for informational purposes only. AI-generated content may not always be accurate.
Feed ranking, discovery scoring, and user recommendations are algorithmic and consider factors such as tier compatibility, engagement, activity, and mutual connections. These algorithms are subject to change without notice.
Auxerta may display sponsored content and spotlight features. All sponsored content is clearly labeled and does not use your personal data for targeting. Sponsored content is curated by the platform and does not imply endorsement.
Auxerta may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misrepresent identity or tier, or engage in behavior harmful to the community. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, your profile, posts, comments, connections, and associated data are permanently removed.
Auxerta is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The platform is in a pre-launch phase and may contain bugs, experience downtime, or undergo significant changes. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content, ranking algorithms, or user-provided information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auxerta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
